Returns

ALL AMERICA HISTORY EXCLUSIVE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED FOR THESE ITEMS, THIS SALE IS FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR ALTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please allow 1-2 days to process all orders. It is likely that your order will be picked up for delivery the following day. Please allow 1-3 business days days after receiving your order confirmation email for tracking information to update.

AMERICA HISTORY is to charge a $10.00 label fee per each item to customers requesting a return. Additional items can increase label cost as locations vary.

Shipping 

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less

Please Note: Shipping cost will not be refunded on any order placed or returned.

Proxy Orders

Any Orders purchased via WebProxy or any other Bot will be refunded and the item will be restocked on any exclusive apparel launches.

All orders will be subject to a $10 flat rate restocking fee for any cancellations, exchanges, or returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Rejected / Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that a customer who purchased a final sale item rejects the attempted order delivery or for whatever reason we are unable to deliver the order to the customer provided address, the customer will be charged a $10 restocking fee plus any additional incurred costs (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.) 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded on any order placed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and reference your order number # in the subject line at Contact@Americahistory.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location of the shipment. Shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details. These costs are not calculated by AMERICA HISTORY and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
